When I started Pig Whistle, I set out to bring people the absolute best tasting and most authentic barbecue in North Carolina, bar none. No dropped-off aluminum pans here, I do real North Carolina pig pickins’. I’ll start the cook off-site and arrive at the event location several hours ahead of the dinner bell to finish the cook and set-up.
I do things differently. Rather than present customers with a list of sides and their respective prices, I start with a blank slate. We’ll sit down and develop a menu together than fits you and the tone of your event, and takes advantage of local, seasonal produce. The menu we craft can be as traditional or as funky as you want, or a bit of both.
